To pair the Bluetooth headset using Charging Case (Latest IOS Device)

* If you have connected the earbuds with your phone before, please make sure to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.

1.Place Earbuds inside the Charging Case.

2.Open the earbuds case next to your IOS Device “iPhone” (Earbuds will automatically turn on and start pairing)

3.Turn on IOS Device “iPhone” screen. Wait for a setup animation appears on your IOS Device “iPhone”.

4. Tap Connect and Done.

To pair the Bluetooth headset using Charging Case (Non Latest IOS Device)

* If you have connected the earbuds with your phone before, please make sure to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.

1.Place Earbuds inside the Charging Case.

2.Open the earbuds case (Earbuds will automatically turn on and start pairing)

3.Take out the Earbuds out of the Charging Case. Both Earbuds will flash blue and red, only one Earbuds will continue to flash blue and red after it’s paired (Also you will hear “paired” from one Earbuds if you have the Earbuds in the your ear)

4. You can turn on Bluetooth on your phone to search for the earbuds. The name of the Bluetooth earbuds is “TWS i20” , connect with “TWS i20” to connect the earbuds with your phone. Make sure there is only 1 “TWS i20” displayed on your phone.

To pair the Bluetooth headset (Non Latest IOS Device)

* If you have connected the earbuds with your phone before, please make sure to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.

1. Make sure both earbuds are off (press the button on the earbuds one time to make sure they do not light up)

2. Hold the button on the earbuds at the same time for at least 10 seconds (Try holding the button from the top, so you do not block the light signal). Both Earbuds will flash blue and red, only one Earbuds will continue to flash blue and red after it’s paired (Also you will hear “paired” from one Earbuds if you have the Earbuds in the your ear)

4. You can turn on Bluetooth on your phone to search for the earbuds. The name of the Bluetooth earbuds is “TWS i20” , connect with “TWS i20” to connect the earbuds with your phone. Make sure there is only 1 “TWS i20” displayed on your phone.

Things to note
– Make sure both earbuds are fully charged before using
– Make sure to disconnect or turn off the Bluetooth if you have connected a single earbud to your music device or phone before.

To turn off Earbuds

Option 1. Place the Earbuds back in to the Charging Case (few minutes later it will turn off)

Option 2. Long press one of the Earbuds and it will flash red few times (After few red flash it will turn off)

Reset Earbuds

1. Place Earbuds inside the Charging Case.

2. Long press and hold the button on the Charging Case 5 – 10 seconds. It will reset the Earbuds.
